Shipping Policies

Most orders placed by 12:00 pm IST, Mon-Sat, will usually ship the same day or next day, provided:

• there is no customisation
• your order is not oversized
• it is not a Holiday

Orders placed after 12 pm IST, ship the next business day or within 48 hours from our warehouse in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Refer to our Estimate Delivery chart below to see how long it will take to receive a package sent by your method of shipping.

Days indicated are business days, Mon-Sat only. The day your order ships does not count as a time-in-transit day.

Start counting AFTER the day it ships. (Note: Shipping days refer to business days only, Mon-Sat). Shipping times never include Sundays or Holidays.

Since we use third party courier service. We DO NOT take guarantee for deliveries times as this just an estimate.
